This project consisted of a new 14,700 SF facility providing space for multiple uses and township services. The one-story structure contains a partial daylight basement and features load-bearing CMU wall that support a steel bar joist framed roof. The supported floor over the basement is comprised of steel wide-flange beams supporting a concrete slab on composite metal deck. One portion of the slab was designed for high density compact storage. Ivany block was implemented in the foundation wall design due to varying retained soil conditions from the sloping exterior grade.
