The 1960s constructed Deike Building and the later 1940s built Hosler Building each had various problems associated with their masonry façade. A lack of control joints and inadequate detailing at relief angles was causing distress on the brick veneer around the south stair tower of Deike Building. Deteriorated flashing and moisture instrusion caused distress on the parapets of Hosler Building. R. Forney & Associates provided structural analysis, design and detailing services. Completed 2007.
